MANDARIN SHRIMP SALAD 
8 oz. can water chestnuts
1/3 c. whipping cream, whipped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
11 oz. can mandarin oranges
1 lb. cooked shrimp
2 dashes Tabasco
Pimento strips for garnish

Drain and slice water chestnuts. Fold whipped cream into mayonnaise. Stir in shrimp, water chestnuts, oranges and Tabasco. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Spoon onto lettuce with pimento strips as garnish.
