NELSON'S LEFSE 
2 1/2 c. flour
5 c. boiled potatoes, riced
Salt
1/2 c. cream
5 tbsp. butter, melted in hot riced potatoes

Chill and roll. Fry on lefse pan. Makes 44 large rounds.

NOTE: To reduce recipe use 1/2 cup flour for each cup of potatoes.
