1 c. whole milk 2 tbsp. shortening 4 c. mashed potatoes 1 tsp. salt Flour Bring milk to boiling point with shortening. Add to the mashed potatoes and add salt. Add enough flour for right consistency to roll. Roll in very thin sheets and bake on top of stove. |
