OLD STYLE POTATO LEFSE 
3 c. mashed potato
5 tbsp. butter (melted)
Add about 1 1/2 c. flour

Mix thoroughly until smooth. The amount of flour you use depends on the moisture of the potatoes. Divide dough into balls and roll out and put on grill at 500 degrees.
