8 c. mashed potatoes 1/2 c. cream or rich milk 1/4 c. butter 1 tbsp. salt Peel, cook and mash potatoes with butter, cream and salt. Cool. Add 1/4 cup melted shortening and 1 unbeaten egg white. Mix in 2 cups flour. Roll out rounds of dough paper thin on lightly floured surface. Bake on grill turning to lightly brown both sides. Cool, fold and cover with a towel. |
