EASY CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS 
The best and the easiest dumplings you have ever eaten!!!

1 to 2 lb. chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans chicken broth (you may use bouillon cubes)
1 1/2 cups water
1 can peas
1 can carrots
1 pkg. refrigerator biscuits (buttered or unbuttered)
celery (I add if I have any)

Cut chicken into small chunks to ensure it will cook.

Combine chicken, chicken broth, cream of chicken, water, peas, carrots, and your choice of seasonings, such as parsley, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder to the Crock-Pot and turn it to low (high if you want it to cook faster). Cook until chicken is tender; about 5 hours but this will vary according to your Crock-Pot (newer ones tend to run at a higher temperature).

About 15 minutes before ready to eat, cut biscuits into quarters, roll into balls and place in the Crock-Pot. Stir occasionally. Cover again until ready to eat.

Quick, easy and delicious. I used frozen instead of cannned veggies but even with canned I'm sure it is still great.

We've been making this recipe for years now. My husband and son love it! I cook it every couple weeks in the winter. So easy. I do add two cans of carrots instead of one, the second can drained.I also add two whole sticks of celery which I remove at the end. I usually start it around 12pm and run it on high in my "Crock Pot" brand 7 qt. slow cooker. I add my biscuit balls about 1/2 hour before it's done.I cut my large grands biscuits into about ten balls each. My family likes them smaller.
