NEVER FAIL CHEESE SOUFFLE | |
5 slices bread (cut off crusts if wanted) 3/4 c. grated cheese 3 eggs 1 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. mustard Salt and pepper to taste Butter both sides of bread and cut into cubes. Best to then grease casserole dish and mix cheese and cubes together and place in dish. Beat eggs, milk and seasoning. Pour over bread cubes, and chill for 24 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. If wanted, bacon or sausage can also be added. |
