CRAB CROSTINI 
8 oz. lump crabmeat
1/2 c. red bell pepper
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
16 slices crostini (bread)

Combine crabmeat, pepper, mayonnaise, parsley, chives, lime juice and cheese in a bowl blend well. Spread 1 tablespoon of the crab mixture on each slice of the crostini.

Place on broiler pan and broil for 5 to 6 minutes or until lightly brown. Crabmeat mixture can be made several hours ahead and refrigerate.
