GENO'S EGGNOG 
A fifth of white rum
1 gal. milk
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened until smooth
8 eggs
2 c. powdered sugar

Separate eggs. Mix yolks with sugar. Add milk, slowly mixing well. Add rum and ice cream. Beat egg whites until foamy and blend into cream mixture. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve. Sprinkle individual servings with nutmeg, if desired.
