DUTCH OVEN DINNER 
3 tbsp. salad oil
1 lb. ground meat
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sliced onion, chopped
1 (No. 2 1/2) can tomatoes
1 green pepper, chopped
1 (12 oz.) can corn
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 lb. noodles
1 c. cheese, grated

Brown meat in hot fat in Dutch oven. Stir in salt, pepper, onion, green pepper, corn, and mushrooms. Top with uncooked noodles, sprinkle with one cup cheese. Pour tomatoes over all. Simmer covered for 1 hour. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
