SUNDAY OVEN DINNER | |
4 med. potatoes 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. uncooked rice 1 c. diced celery 1 c. sliced carrots 1 can cream of celery soup 1 c. boiling water 1/4 tsp. (approx.) of each seasoning (salt, pepper, paprika & onions to taste) Slice potatoes into large greased casserole dish. Layer meat, rice, celery and carrots; one after the other. Sprinkle seasoning over top. Add 1 cup of water to soup and mix well. Pour over the layers and cover with foil. Bake in 350 degree oven about 1 hour. |
