NAVY BEAN SOUP 
2 c. Navy beans
5 c. water
2 c. peeled, chopped fine potatoes
1 c. chopped onion
Chicken broth, 3 c. and 3 c. water
1 c. coarsely shredded carrots
1 tbsp. catsup
Bay leaf
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. diced ham and ham bone

Cover beans with water and let stand overnight. Drain water. Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook on high all day.
