“LEMON YOGURT MUFFINS” IS IN:

LEMON YOGURT MUFFINS 
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. honey
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups (14 oz.) plain or lemon yogurt
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup sugar

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside. In another bowl. Combine sugar, honey, eggs, yogurt and butter. Add dry ingredients; mix. Spoon into greased muffin tins.

Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes or until center tests done.

Syrup:

1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup sugar
3 tbsp. water

Make syrup by combining ingredients in a saucepan; boil for 1 minute. Drizzle syrup over warm muffins.

Yield 18 muffins.
