1/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. milk
4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Cream peanut butter and sugar together. Add well beaten eggs, milk and vanilla, flour, baking powder and salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

PEANUT MOCHA ICING:

3 tbsp. hot coffee
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. peanut butter
2 c. confectioners' sugar

Pour coffee over peanut butter. Add vanilla and sugar; beat until creamy.
