SLOP CAKE - BUTTER CREAM ICING 
2 c. cake flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. hot coffee

Mix all ingredients in one bowl, adding butter, milk, eggs, and coffee last. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 c. milk
STB flour
1 c. 10x sugar
1 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook flour and milk until thick, stirring constantly. Cool. Beat sugar and soften butter together. Add to flour and milk then add vanilla. Beat all to consistency to spread.
