DUNCAN HINES BUTTER CAKE

Duncan Hines butter cake mix (yellow)

Mix as directed except add:

1 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Bake in 3 layers. Cool.

ICING:

1 c. sour cream
2 c. sugar
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. frozen coconut
1 tsp. coconut flavoring

Mix well. Do not cook. Spread on cake. Refrigerate cake in airtight container.
