EASY JELLO SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, do not drain
1 box Jello, any flavor
1 (8 oz.) container cottage cheese, sm. curd.
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip

Add dry Jello to crushed pineapple, do not add water. Heat to simmer. Stir until Jello is dissolved, set aside to cool. With mixer blend together cottage cheese and Cool Whip. Now stir in the pineapple-Jello mixture. This can be served as a salad or dessert.
