EASY OVERNIGHT CHICKEN SALAD 
6 breasts chicken, cooked & diced
2 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 c. onions or more
1 box seasoned croutons
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. celery seed
Paprika
Salt & pepper
Cayenne pepper

Combine chicken, eggs, onions and croutons in a large bowl. Make a mix of mayonnaise, celery seed and spices. Pour over top of chicken mixture. Seal tightly overnight in refrigerator. Serve in sandwich or over lettuce.
