PEPPER STEAK 
Round steak strips
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
Salt
Pepper

Saute garlic, celery, pepper, and onion in butter. Salt and pepper strips. Brown strips; add water and mushroom soup. Combine remaining ingredients and cook until done on stove top.
