CHICKEN IN A POCKET | |
Foil for each chicken breast butter Lemon juice Soy sauce Dijon mustard Mustard Green onions Sweet basil Skinless chicken breasts with bone in Spread a little butter on each piece of foil. Place a chicken breast on top of foil (Bone side down). Do not use salt and pepper. Squeeze lemon juice over chicken. Sprinkle soy sauce over chicken. Next spread about 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard over chicken. Sprinkle sweet basil and top with chopped green onions. Close up foil tightly. Place in pan and bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour. |
