CHICKEN OR BEEF POCKETS 
2 pkgs. pastry pockets
8 oz. cream cheese
6 tbsp. melted butter
4 c. chicken (beef may be used)
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. chopped onions

Boil chicken or beef and cube. Combine with remaining ingredients (except pockets). Place mixture in pocket. Baste pockets with butter and roll in bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Makes 8. Good served with chicken gravy.
