PASTA SALAD 
2 c. macaroni shells
1 tbsp. oil
2 c. shredded lettuce
3 hard cooked eggs
6 oz. ham, in strips
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. green onions
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cook macaroni, rinse and drain. Refrigerate 2 hours. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, green onions and pepper for dressing. Add to macaroni and toss; add remaining ingredients and toss.
