PASTA SALAD 
2 c. shredded lettuce
2 c. tiny shell macaroni
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 c. cooked ham, julienne strips
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
12 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. green onion
Dash hot sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook macaroni, drain, rinse; drain again; cool. Place lettuce in bottom of bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place macaroni on top of lettuce. Layer egg slices over macaroni; sprinkle with salt if desired. Layer ham, peas and cheese in order on top of eggs.

Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, hot sauce and green onion. Mix well. Spread with spatula on top of cheese. Seal to edge of bowl. Cover tightly with plastic, refrigerate overnight.
