CHICKEN - FRUIT SALAD | |
3 c. chicken 1/4 c. chopped celery 3/4 c. red or green grapes, halved 20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained 1/4 c. chopped pecans 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1/8 tsp. salt Cook chicken and cut in chunks. To chicken, add celery, grapes, pineapple, oranges, and 3 tablespoons pecans together lightly. Mix mayonnaise and salt with chicken mixture; chill. Serve on lettuce leaves. Garnish with remaining pecans. |
