1 gallon catsup 1 bunch celery 6 peppers 2 onions (lg.) 4-5 lbs. ground beef 2 tbsp. prepared mustard 3/4 c. brown sugar 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. paprika Salt & pepper to taste Grind celery, peppers and onions in meat grinder or food processor. In large kettle, brown ground beef, add catsup, celery, pepper and onion, salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 1 hour. Serve with hot dogs and hamburgers. |
