CHILI CON CARNE WITH BEANS 
7 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. chopped onions
8 oz. green pepper
3 lb. 3 oz. canned tomatoes with liquid, chopped
1 lb. 12 oz. tomato paste
3 lb. 6 oz. kidney beans
2 1/2 qts. water
1 lb. 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded, optional
1 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. onion powder
2 tbsp. ground cumin

Brown ground beef, drain. Add onions, garlic powder, green pepper, pepper and seasonings. Cook for 5 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, water and tomato paste, mix well. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cover. Simmer slowly, stirring occasionally until thickened about 40 minutes. Stir in beans. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes or until hot. Garnish with cheese.
