PUMPKIN BARS 
Cake:

2 c. pumpkin (15 oz. can)
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Blend pumpkin, eggs, and oil in mixing bowl. Blend all the dry ingredients together and fold into the pumpkin mixture. Pour into well greased square pan and bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cool to room temperature.

Frosting:

3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1-1/2 tsp. cream, light
1/3 c. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Frosting: Cream the cream cheese and butter. Whip in the sugar, vanilla, and light cream. Spread on cooled pumpkin bars.
