1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
3 eggs
15 oz. can pumpkin
1 box Pillsbury Plus butter recipe cake mix
3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (mixed spice)

ICING:

1 can ready to spread vanilla frosting
3 oz. cream cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 15" x 10" pan. Combine sugar, oil, eggs and pumpkin. Beat 1 minute. Add cake mix and spice. Blend, then beat 2 minutes on high. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool. In small bowl mix icing. Spread across cake. Cool in refrigerator. Cut into bars for serving.
