PUMPKIN OATMEAL BARS 
1 2/3 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. oil
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. oats
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 pan. Mix oil, sugar, pumpkin, and eggs together. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake 30 minutes. After cool, frost.

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter, soft
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter and cream cheese; add remaining ingredients.

Very yummy recipe. I did not do the frosting and I ended up having to cook mine for quite a bit longer than 30 minutes. At 30 minutes it looked done, but it was still runny on the inside. I covered it with tin foil and baked it for about another 15-20 minutes. Fantastic recipe, thank you!
