JU JU'S SPINACH 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can sm. sliced mushrooms
Sharp cheddar cheese
1 onion
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 stick butter
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste

Cook spinach and drain well. Melt butter in large skillet. Add onions and garlic powder. Add mushrooms and liquid from the can; cook 3 minutes.

Add cream cheese and blend. Add cream of mushroom soup, stir until well blended. Add the spinach and mix again. Spoon into a buttered casserole, sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
