BAKED RAVIOLI
Easy to make, simple, and everyone seems to like it!

1 (32 oz.) jar of you favorite spaghetti sauce
1 cup water
1 lb. bag frozen ravioli (whichever filling you like)

ADD TO TASTE:

dried parsley
crushed red pepper flakes
garlic powder
Parmesan cheese
whatever else you think might appeal to your family

In a large mixing bowl, mix spaghetti sauce with water and blend into smooth - (the water will be absorbed by the raviolis as they cook).

Spread a small amount of the sauce mix into the bottom of a 9x13-inch casserole dish. Next, add a single layer of the raviolis, alternating right-side-up and wrong-side-down. Put on another couple of spoonfuls of more sauce. Sprinkle with parsley, pepper, garlic, and cheese. Repeat the process two more times (about 30 raviolis in all).

Cover with lid or aluminum foil and bake in a 325°F oven for 1 1/2 hours. Allow to cool for 20 minutes before serving.

This can be made the day ahead and kept in the refrigerator until the next day.

Makes 4 hearty servings.
