"KILLER" BEEF | |
3-4 lbs. beef chuck (chuck roast) cut in 1 1/2 inch cubes Put beef in bowl. Cover with marinade: 2 tbsp. crushed red pepper flakes 1 tbsp. kosher salt 1 tsp. black pepper 2-3 cloves garlic, sliced Mix together. Keep at room temperature for marinade. Place meat on skewers. Grill over real hot fire 2-3 minutes. Turn. Brush with marinade. Repeat. Cook until medium rare. Pour any remaining marinade onto grilling meat. De-skewer meat. Serve on large platter. Great with a Caesar Salad and crusty French bread to soak up the juice. Hot and Spicy! |
