CARROT BAKE CASSEROLE 
12 sliced cooked carrots
1/4 c. butter
1 minced onion
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/2 lb. American process cheese, shredded
3 c. buttered fresh bread crumbs

Mix flour, salt, pepper, mustard and celery salt. Add to milk slowly, as it gradually thickens add cheese and minced onion.

All the above is mixed with cooked carrots. Use casserole (greased) dish that best fits mixture. I use 2 quart casserole. Cover with bread crumbs. Melt butter and pour over bread if you wish. Bake uncovered 25 minutes at 325-350 degrees.
