SANDY'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. seasoned bread croutons
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. water
2 1/2 c. chicken, diced
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. salad dressing
3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup

Mix croutons, melted butter and water. Line greased 9 x 9 inch pan with 1/2 of the mix. Mix well the chicken, onion, celery, salad dressing and salt and spread on top of crouton mix. Cover mixture with other 1/2 of croutons. Beat eggs, milk and cream of mushroom soup and pour over all. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. (Double recipe for 13 x 9 inch pan.)
