LADY FINGER CHEESE CAKE 
3 pkgs. lady fingers (plain)
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. In a separate bowl, whip cream until it is a medium consistency (about 5 minutes). Mix everything together until blended. In a 10 inch spring pan, line sides with lady fingers. Line bottom of pan also.

Add half of mixture. Line with more lady fingers and add remaining mix. Top with anything you want. Refrigerate 24 hours or overnight. Cover top with plastic wrap to keep lady fingers from getting soggy. Top with your favorite when serving.
