LASAGNA 
2 regular cans of tomato paste
1 regular can tomato paste
1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. salt, sugar and pepper

Fry ground beef and sausage with 2 cloves of garlic until browned. Pour in tomato paste and puree and equal parts of water. Simmer for 15 minutes. Boil lasagna noodles in lightly salted water for about 10 minutes until firm but not limp. (Will need 8 to 10 noodles for a 9x13 inch pan). Drain and run cold water over for easier handling. Grate together 1 (8 to 10 ounce) ball mozzarella and 1 (2 ounce) ball. Swiss cheese. Slice pepperoni thin.

To build casserole, place noodles, sauce, pepperoni and cheese, ending with the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
