TACO CASSEROLE 
3 lb. ground meat
2 pkg. taco seasoning
3 tomatoes, diced
1 lg. onion, diced
1 pkg. long grain yellow rice (season) cooked
1 can Cheddar cheese soup mix
1 lg. bag taco chips

Brown ground meat. Drain grease and add taco seasoning. Stir well. Add tomatoes and onions. Do not overcook. Add layer of meat, layer of rice and then another layer of meat. Heat Cheddar cheese soup mix with 3/4 can water. Pour over casserole. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. When finished cooking, add taco chips.
