TACO CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 sm. onion, chopped
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to taste

Cook meat with onions and salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Drain grease from meat. In a medium size skillet, make sauce.

SAUCE:

3 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 tbsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Warm on low heat. Put 1 corn tortilla at a time in sauce until soft. Put in a casserole dish; put a little sauce into meat. Put meat over tortilla and a little cheese. Layer to top of dish; put more cheese on top and pour remaining sauce over all. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly and cheese has melted.
