1 slice bread
1 egg

Cut a 2-inch circle in center of bread using a jelly glass or juice glass. Place bread in hot, lightly greased skillet. Break egg in center of bread; fry until done. Use the center circle of the bread to toast in skillet. Serve with jelly.
