CHERRY CHEESE PARFAIT 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (3 1/2 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. almond extract
1 can cherry pie filling
1 can coconut

Combine vanilla pudding (do not make pudding), cream cheese and whip until smooth; slowly add sugar, stir in extracts. Layer filling and cherries in glass bowl or parfait glasses and garnish with coconut. Refrigerate until serving time.

Double recipe and serve in large glass bowl if needed. Great dessert for a large group.
