1 pkg. (4 oz. serving size) sugar-free chocolate pudding 2 c. skim milk 1 tbsp. instant coffee 1 1/2 c. whipped topping, thawed 1/4 tsp. cinnamon Prepare pudding mix with milk as directed on the package for pudding, adding instant coffee with the milk. Pour into bowl. Cover surface with plastic wrap and chill. Add cinnamon to the whipped topping and blend well. Layer pudding and whipped topping in parfait glasses or a bowl. Garnish with additional whipped topping and cinnamon if desired. Chill. |
