LEMON COLE SLAW 
1 sm. box lemon Jello
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vinegar
2 c. grated cabbage
1/2 c. finely diced celery
1 med. onion, grated fine

Add 1 cup boiling water to Jello. Let it cool. Add mayonnaise, cold water, salt and vinegar. Let partially set and add cabbage, celery and onion. I usually add a grated carrot for color.
