1 can okra
2 cans diced tomatoes with chilies
1 can stewed tomatoes
3-4 potatoes
1 med. onion
1-2 lbs. ham or sausage
1 tbsp. vinegar
Salt and pepper

Put it all in the crock pot and let it cook all day.
