GUMBO (Okra) 
1 onion, chopped
Garlic
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can (6 1/4 oz.) crabmeat
8-10 okra, cut in slices
1 lb. shrimp
A few crab claws
Noodles
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. brown gravy

Saute onions, bell peppers until soft. Add garlic and okra. Cook until okra is not stringy. Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and tomato sauce. May add a little water (not too much as shrimp will put out water). Add brown gravy and cook about 15-20 minutes.

Add shrimp and cook about 10 minutes. Add crabmeat, salt and pepper, thyme, basil and ground bay leaves. Cook about 15-20 minutes more. Serve over noodles. Serves 6-8.
