ITALIAN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 stick butter, cut in sm. pieces
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
1 - 1 1/2 c. ketchup
1 c. cooked macaroni
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown ground beef and drain. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake in casserole dish for 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until bubbly and begins to brown.
