POT ROAST 
3-4 lbs. roast (rump or boneless chuck)
6-10 carrots
6-10 potatoes
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
2 cans beefy mushroom soup

Place roast, carrots and potatoes in a covered roasting pan. Pour beefy mushroom soup over them all and then sprinkle the dry onion soup mix over that. Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper and lemon pepper. Cook 2 hours at 325 degrees.
