QUICK PEACH PIE 
1 graham pie crust
1 1/2 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 box peach Jello
Peaches, to fill an 8" pie, sliced

Cook the sugar, water and cornstarch until thick and clear. Add the box of peach Jello, prepared according to the directions on the box. Pour over the peaches and chill.
