CHOP SUEY CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. nuts
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil

Mix all ingredients together with fork. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cool cake. Then ice.

ICING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. 10x sugar

Cream all ingredients. Spread on cake. Keep cake refrigerated.
