SOUPER RICE SUPPER 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can Campbell's condensed nacho cheese or Cheddar cheese soup
2 c. water
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen broccoli, corn & red peppers
1 pkg. (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix
2 c. dry minute rice or long grain rice
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed tortilla chips

Mix beef, soup, water, vegetables and seasonings; mix in large skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes. Stir in rice. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Sprinkle with cheese and chips.
