8 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. grated onion
Few drops Tabasco or Texas Pete
8 oz. ham slices
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Garlic powder (opt.)

Spread cheese mixture on ham slices. Roll up, pin with toothpicks and chill before slicing.
